CHICKEN MEATBALLS
Remove lid and place container into the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute until meatballs are hot throughout.
GREEN CHILI & CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
INDIVIDUAL ORDER: Remove lid and place container into the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute until enchiladas are hot throughout.
HALF PAN: Place the pan of enchiladas into a 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is beginning to turn golden brown and the inside of the enchiladas are hot throughout. Sprinkle tomato-avocado salsa over the top and serve with the spicy salsa and sour cream on the side.
BARBACOA BEEF TACOS
Remove lid from the beef barbacoa and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute until the barbacoa is hot throughout.
GRILLED FILET MEDALLIONS
Remove lid and place filet medallions in a 375 degree oven for 5-8 minutes, longer if you prefer your beef more well done. While the medallions are cooking, place the lobster and sauce into a pan and gently warm over low heat on the stove top. Remove the medallions from the oven and spoon the lobster and sauce over the top of the medallions.
BROWN BUTTER SPAGHETTI SQUASH
Remove the lid, remove the brown butter honey and toasted almond-set aside. Place the pan of spaghetti squash into a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes until hot throughout. Place the ramekin of brown butter honey into the microwave for about 20 seconds until melted. When the squash is thoroughly heated, remove the pan from the oven, pour the brown butter honey sauce over the squash and sprinkle the almonds over the top.
WHIPPED YUKON GOLD POTATOES
Remove lid and place in microwave for 2-3 minutes until hot throughout. Stir potatoes halfway through heating to ensure even heating. OR Remove lid and place in a 375 degree oven for 5-8 minutes until hot throughout. Stir potatoes halfway through heating to ensure even heating
KUNG PAO BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Place the pan of brussels sprouts into a 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes until the brussels sprouts are hot throughout. Sprinkle the almonds over the top and serve.

RED WINE SAUCE
Bring red wine sauce to a simmer in a sauce pan. Drizzle over steak.
